NYX is cruelty free but not 100% vegan

NYX pledges that the brand does not conduct, contract out or fund animal testing in the developing, manufacturing or marketing of their products. Whilst NYX recognises the importance of customer safety, the brand believes this can be sufficiently achieved without animal cruelty. NYX is cruelty free and stands against animal testing. Furthermore, NYX does not export its products to mainland China and/or other countries, where animal testing is required by law.

Cruelty free statement

Q: Are your products cruelty free?

A: NYX Professional Makeup is certified and acknowledged by organisations, such as PETA, as a cruelty-free brand. We are committed to producing 100% cruelty-free cosmetics. We do not test any of our products on animals.

Vegan statement

Q: Are your products vegan?

A: As part of our pledge to be more ethical, our selection of vegan-friendly formulas are growing. Formulated without any derived ingredients or by-products, our vegan formulas still pack a punch when it comes to crazy-rich pigment and high-performance products – you will not be disappointed.
