NYX is cruelty free but not 100% vegan

NYX does not and will not conduct animal testing on the finished products or ingredients, nor does it ask others to test on its behalf. All necessary tests are carried out on human volunteers. The brand does not export to mainland China and other countries with mandatory animal testing. NYX is proudly cruelty free and firmly stands against animal testing.
