Native is cruelty free and 100% vegan

Native pledges that the brand does not conduct, contract out or fund animal testing in the developing, manufacturing or marketing of their products. Whilst Native recognises the importance of customer safety, the brand believes this can be sufficiently achieved without animal cruelty. Native is cruelty free and stands against animal testing. Furthermore, Native does not export its products to mainland China and/or other countries, where animal testing is required by law.

Native is an American mid-range body and oral care brand.

Parent company

Procter & Gamble completed the acquisition of Native in 2017. Procter & Gamble is not cruelty free, the company supports animal testing and heavily present on the Chinese beauty market. Despite the acquisition, Native remains cruelty free.


Currently Native is not certified by any major animal rights organisation.
