Mádara pledges that the brand does not conduct, contract out or fund animal testing in the developing, manufacturing or marketing of their products. Whilst Mádara recognises the importance of customer safety, the brand believes this can be sufficiently achieved without animal cruelty. Mádara is cruelty free and stands against animal testing. Furthermore, Mádara does not export its products to mainland China and/or other countries, where animal testing is required by law.

Cruelty free statement

Q: How are products tested?

A: A panel of consumers participates in the creation of a product’s recipe and its evaluation. The panel consists of people with various skin types, including sensitive and allergy-prone individuals. The panel provides their subjective evaluation of the product and their skin’s reaction after testing a sample. Their opinions are taken into account when refining and finalising recipes.
