Amika is cruelty free but not 100% vegan

Amika pledges that the brand does not conduct, contract out or fund animal testing in the developing, manufacturing or marketing of their products. Whilst Amika recognises the importance of customer safety, the brand believes this can be sufficiently achieved without animal cruelty. Amika is cruelty free and stands against animal testing. Furthermore, Amika does not export its products to mainland China and/or other countries, where animal testing is required by law.

A: amika never has and never will conduct animal testing. When we create a product, we test it on ourselves, our friends, and anyone and everyone we can get our hands on! We test on people, never animals.
